The media release form for the competition states:
"By entering the competition, I represent that:
• I shall be responsible for payment of any royalties or license fee charged by any third party for use of the
Materials."
What exactly does this mean?
The statement referenced above means that if you use any copyrighted material in your entry, that you have obtained permission to use the material and we don't have to when we reproduce them. This would apply if you used an image, logo, or reference on your submission board that was subject to copyright law. All images and information supplied in the supplementary conditions packet is free from copyright, and any images, graphics, or renderings you produce are owned by you and may be used in any capacity you wish.
